Game feels like slow mo and input lag

I feel this game like it's in slow mo, and with input lag, too. Even when I want to pause to check my settings, it takes so much time (probably 5 seconds) in open the menus. It's unplayable.

As if that were not enough, in the main menu, when I check my settings, it resets my graphic mode settings all the time.

 Please fix that as soon as possible.

PC community wants to play too.
