Game is lying to me about ping

I have played 7 ultimate team games in a row where the matchmaking page says i have 40-55ping with who im playing, and in game it is 120ping. This is not my internet, i have checked, it is your servers and this is why people quit this game, Im going to quit here soon its stupid to wait 8min to play someone when you cant move players.  I play on ps4 so it thats why then why sell it on that platform
