Hi, thank you for the response! Here is the DxDiag file as requested. Also I wanted to ask, could this issue be caused by my PC not meeting the compatibility requirements for FC26? The game has never launched even once since I installed it, just wanted to rule that out. Looking forward to your help

I also noticed multiple LiveKernelEvent 141 errors in my DxDiag which I have since fixed by doing a clean GPU driver reinstall using DDU, however the issue with FC26 still persists after the driver fix.

kav4da, Looking at your system you seem to meet the specs, so that shouldn't be the issue. I'm guessing that the error (or lack thereof) hasn't changed at all since you did the clean GPU install either? Could you try using the system file checker to repair potentially corrupt system files that could be causing issues? Also, just to check: are you having issues with other games as well, or is it just FC 26?

I ran the system file checker and it did find and repair some corrupt system files, however FC26 still does not launch — the anti cheat briefly runs and then it just goes straight back to the EA App with no error message. Also to answer your question, all my other games work perfectly fine, it is only FC26 that has this issue.

I also attached a video showing exactly what happens when I try to launch the game. My total playtime on FC26 shows 26 minutes but I have never actually played a single minute, every single one of those minutes is just the game opening and closing, opening and closing on repeat. It has never successfully launched even once.

I've tried everything you suggested. TPM 2.0 is enabled and Secure Boot is on. I managed to do a proper clean boot this time and also tried launching FC26 from a brand new secondary Windows user profile, but the result is exactly the same, anticheat runs for a second then it just goes straight back to EA App with no error message whatsoever. At this point I'm really lost on what else to try, is there anything else that could fix this?

It sounds like it must be the anticheat that's causing problems. You mentioned that you couldn't properly do a clean boot; do you have any third party software at all that might be causing issues? Even some seemingly innocent tools might be triggering it.

These should give you specific errors, but can you check that TPM2.0 and Secure Boot are both enabled on your PC?

If that also doesn't work, could you try setting up a secondary Windows user profile and trying from there?

Hey, yeah same here. I've tried literally everything, clean reinstall of EA App, EAC repair, DDU clean GPU driver reinstall, system file checker, clean boot, reinstalling EA anticheat manually, verifying game files, running as administrator, updating Windows and drivers. Nothing works at all. Game has never launched even once since I bought it. Currently waiting for EA Support to come up with a fix. If you find anything that works please let me know..

I tried both steps but neither worked. For the clean boot I wasn't able to fully complete it, and for the EA anticheat I found the EAAntiCheat.Installer in the game files and ran it as administrator but FC26 still does the exact same thing — anticheat runs for a second then straight back to EA App, no error message. I've been trying to fix this for a long time now and nothing has worked at all. Is there anything else that can actually fix this or is a refund an option at this point?

Could you try a clean boot as well? Just in case there's something in the background of your PC that's causing issues.

Could you also try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the EA anticheat seperately?
