Game stuck at 5-10 FPS everytime 99% GPU USAGE

I having this issue where i getting 5-10 FPS in every game mode and whatever i do no solution i have to leave the game 5-7 times for it to MAYBE fix, Its been a month since i bought this game an I only played it for three days, I hope that the company can attend to this issue instead of other small problem that can be easily fixed. This is a problem from the game not my GPU.

I really want to play but this issue is making me wanna delete this game and ont care about wasting my money.
