I own the full version on disc . Have tried uninstalling , restarting Xbox, trying to get help on ea but not getting anywhere

Unfortunately no success with working around or solving the issue with rema666 solution or yours.
Still continues to believe I've completed my 10 hour trial and don't own the game (which I do on disc)...
So as a result I've been completely blocked from playing a game I've purchased.
FYI, this is occurring on the Xbox Series X for me. Very frustrating.

you need to press cancel when it says you are connecting and then connect again by pressing the right stick hope this helps
just bought the disc for series x yesterday, and I have the same issue, the pro clubs/ultimate team connect method works but is there an actual way to just avoid it, are they trying to fix it or just doing nothing

Yeah so when it starts up click a i think to just play without going online... then when your in the manus connect to ea. It dont it 2 or 3 times and not done it since then
