Getting disconnected after every game, no rewards!

I get disconnected after every game and it says I lost when I did not. What is EA going to do about that? It has been 8 games already and I want my money back. I have an Ethernet cable and a 1 gig connection. How can the greediest company have such poor servers and absolutely no customer service. I can not get my rewards and I can't believe I spent time in this scam of a game.
