Getting kicked out of Ultimate Team after winning games on PC.

This happens randomly but sometimes when my opponent leaves or I win the game the screen just freezes and the message connecting to servers unavailable and kicks me out resulting in a DNF even though i won the game. Happened on FC25 also. I am on Ethernet with good wifi and I even tested the server ping from the EA help and my connectivity is 99/100.
