i have a bag in ultimate team when i lanch ultimate team or when im starting a match i have 10 fps and very very very very bad rosoulsion and i cant fix it  beacause is not in my pc beacause my friend also have this problem

and if i changing my ressoulsion is not changing and i still have 10 fps  no mettter what
