Help

I was playing the Ultimate Gauntlet 2, I  won all three of my first entry however it has now been 24 hours and i havent been able to claim it. I have tried to get 3 wins in a row however i have failed to do so. Please help as I am a massive West Ham supporter and try to collect every west ham card in the game.
