High ping / Connected to wrong data center

I’m playing from Ghana (West Africa). My normal ping is around 30–50 ms, but since playing with a US friend, I’ve been getting 100 ms+ in all matches. It seems I’m connected to a foreign data center. Can you help reset my data center routing or confirm the nearest one for Ghana
