high ping & spike problem

i play on xbox one s and i'm having serious ping(or spike) problems. When i test from the internet and console, i see 50ms ping but in game, my ping suddenly increases and i can't play. Even if it increases instant, i lose a lot of time until it returns to normal, or i see high ping before i even start the match. i tried playing online with different internet connections and different games and i only have this problem with FC26. I changed dns or IP settings, i played with ethernet cable,  Does anyone have a solution suggestion?
