I can't log in on my Companion App or Web app

It comes up with a message saying "it looks like your EA Account doesn't have a Football Ultimate Team 26 club. However i have played every single day since launch and it is my only account.

I had used companion app in previous years and didn't have any issues.

Any help will be appreciated.
