I can't login into the FC 26 web app and the companion app

I can't login into the web app or the companion app it's says EA account server unavailable also I have attached the screenshot below of what it says

    This is likely because you haven't played FC 25 on that account to unlock early Web and Companion AppsYou will need to play FC 26 in order to unlock it.

I have the same problem, purchased the game fc26 on Amazon Luna, I have already played over 200 hours, it arrived and unlocked everything but I can't access the web app and the app on iOS, what should I do???
