I CAN'T PURCHASE THE SEASON PASS?

I purchased the Ultimate edition and have 2000 points, but I do not have the option to buy the season pass. I don't have the button that the EA website shows...

I have contacted EA and they can't sort it? 

I have attached my screen that shows no button to purchase and the screenshot from the EA website... anyone have the same issue?

I have restarted the game, tried to access from a different mode (career mode) but still nothing?

Please help!!
