I demand refund, you are absolute joke

It has been a week since the official survey about the FPS drop issues on PC. Are you finally going to address this? I haven't been able to play this game for a month because of FPS drops caused by your errors in the game files. Since you don't want to do anything about this problem, I DEMAND a refund for the game (that is, the service you offered but are unable to deliver). I'm tired of writing posts about this topic week after week. You don't care about your customers, only about a stuffed Canadian wallet on the game's release day.
