I didn´t receive my icon pack yet

Hey guys, i preorder the ultimate edition, got the points, got the premium pass but not the pack still.

I saw some people talking about it and they say that the ea will be giving the pack over the next days, but already 1 and half week passed and i still didnt got it.

i need help

There was a deadline to pre-order, think it was the 30th August? If you pre-ordered after this date the Icon wasn't available.

Im the same I pre ordered well before the date and havent received anything
