Incorrect matchmaking routing — Helsinki server missing [Xbox]

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a sudden routing and matchmaking issue in EA Sports FC 26 on Xbox Series X from Kazan (Volga Region).

Until recently, my in-game ping was stable at around 30-35 ms because the matchmaking system correctly connected me to the closest regional data center (Helsinki, Finland). However, over the past couple of weeks, my ping has permanently shifted to 45-48 ms.

I have ran network diagnostics via my router and WinMTR on a gigabit wired LAN line (900 Mbps). The local network is completely clean with 0% packet loss. The router logs show that the matchmaking system now completely ignores the Helsinki hub and forces my connection directly to the Sweden Central (Stockholm) Azure data center.

It looks like the automated regional load balancing system is currently broken or misdetecting the optimal route for our region after the recent August patches. Could you please investigate if there are any ongoing technical challenges, maintenance, or configuration changes regarding the Finland (Helsinki) game data centers for FC 26?
