Increased Input Delay on PC since Last Update on 28/04

Ever since the release of the latest update on PC, I have been experiencing incredibly frustrating input delay in Pro Clubs throughout the entire game. It seems to be at it's worst right after a goa...

To give a further note: I usually play CAM, and it seems that I am often the only one experiencing this weird behaviour, could it be related to the recent changes in the CAM match rating calculations?
