Input delay

Hello guys , I recently downloaded game on my laptop with GPU 1660 ti 

I have a big problem , in offline modes I can play smooth but when I play online modes(except Rush) I have a big input delay ( up to 7 seconds delay) , I am playing with xbox controller connected with wired to laptop , 

I have noticed that in online modes when I press pass button it shows that it is filling under the name of the player in the corner but the real action of passing happens 7 8 seconds later ,

My internet connection is okay so I am sure it is not related to my internet connection, it is something with the game , anyone having this problem please guide me
