Input lag makes this game unplayable on pc

Game is unplayable. First my game was crashing to Windows randomly and i couldnt play a single match and now game is not crashing anymore but i have super delay that i cant do nothing in match except leave. Btw my pong is 30 while game feels ile 500ms
