Input Lag

The game has been unplayable for 1 month because I have a 3-6s input delay in Division Rivals, Weekend Leagues, Squad Battles (Not Rush, though), and not in the Menu.
I tried everything, and I found out with "tracert" that it's because EA matches me with North American players (I am from Italy, and I have a 12ms ping). 
Also tired with a VPN, but you still match me with American players and from another pc in another house, I don't have these kinds of problems.
I paid for a game that I can't play, and I'm losing a lot of content.
