issue on pc

I recently bought EA Sports FC 26 and was excited to play right away, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. From the start, the game has constant input delay, lag, and random crashes. My PC is strong — I’m running a Ryzen 5 and an RTX 4060 Ti — and every other game I play runs smoothly, even ones that require much more power. But FC 26 pushes my CPU to the limit for no reason and often becomes unplayable.

Another huge issue is that the game doesn’t launch properly. I click “Start,” and nothing happens. I have to try multiple times or go to Task Manager and end EA processes just to get the game to open. That’s unacceptable for a brand-new game I paid full price for.

Even when the game does start, I still get moments in Ultimate Team where the game shows my player indicator, but I cannot control my player at all. Inputs don’t register, and I’m forced to restart the game again and again. Offline matches run smoother, but eventually they also crash or trigger the “client/overlay” error. I’ve never experienced anything like this on my system.

I’ve played many demanding games on this PC with zero issues, so it’s clear the problem is the game itself, not my hardware. It honestly feels like EA didn’t optimize FC 26 properly for PC. If I had known the PC version would be this bad, I would have bought it on console instead. This experience is extremely disappointing — especially since I used to be Division 1 in FIFA 22, and now I can’t even play properly because of all the delay and technical problems.

EA needs to fix the PC version urgently. Right now, FC 26 isn’t letting me enjoy the game I paid for.
