Issue with Player Movement in FC 26 Pro Clubs Request for Support
Hello, dear EA technical support. I pre-ordered your game FC 26 for a lot of money, hoping to enjoy it. I played the 24 and 25 versions before and never had such problems. I am a Pro Clubs player and started playing right from the beginning, but I encountered an issue where my character does not move during 11vs11 matches. I kindly ask for your help. I am sending you the specifications of my laptop as well as my graphics settings. The minimum Hz of my laptop is 75 but full 144hz. I have tried many different methods, but I request compensation for this technical error on your part. I have already been unable to play your game properly for a whole week, and, excuse me, but this is complete nonsense.
My specs are: GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 CPU: 13th Gen Intel i5-13420H RAM: 16 GB Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 , i have exbox controller and is correct. i can play in anather games and dont have a problem
