Issue with season pass rewards

I selected redeem all rewards and not all the rewards have been given the first Icon Marcel Desailly hasn't appeared in the club it doesn't say redeemed on him either I don't understand I've checked the club it isn't a visual error. Please can someone let me know how to fix this? I only got the season pass for that player
