Keep getting disconnected!

Hi for over 2 weeks now I have been getting disconnected mid game and even at the start of some games this has happened on most game modes but has happened multiple times on drafts to which this is counted as a loss on some occasions. The connection issues are also happening when I am opening packs I’m not seeing any of the walkout animation and after spending £100 on it yesterday I didn’t see any of this and had to log back in and out to go see what was in the packs which is the point of the game it’s cutting out that excitement of watching who you might get over 18000 points absolutely wasted I’ve escalated this to customer services and they have told me to write on here incase other people are having this trouble hopefully it’s sorted soon because I can’t keep playing with the disconnection and in game issues.
