Kicked from game after winning

I'm not sure if this a bug or maybe a no-loss glitch, but a few times now in online play, I've won a match, and swiftly been kicked from the Ultimate Team servers. All of the times the game has been won on penalties in a live event game mode. After winning and celebrating, the text says something like: "Couldn't process results". Then i get kicked from the UT servers. When I log back in it says that i was the one who disconnected from the servers and I receive a loss. Especially in the Ultimate Gauntlet live event, this has been a problem, as I can not use the same team twice. Please look into the issue. As i said I am not sure if this is a bug on the game's side or if it is players intentionally kicking me from the game after losing a close match, something to look into maybe. For reference I am playing on old gen on the PS4.
