Knocked out despite winning?!?!

Dont know if anyone else has experienced this, but I'm doing an argyle RTG and in the carabao cup QF I beat city 13-14 on pens, but the games put man city through instead of me. Trying to get European football through that is now not an option. Experienced this last game and reported it as well so still not fixed
