lagging and delay

when i downloaded fc 26 last week and turned it on it started lagging. i had like 10 fps and mega delay. i still have it now but yesterday when i turned it on it  ran normally 165 fps no delay. i have intel i7 12700kf and radeon rx6500xt so i meet the requirements. no other games do things like this. as you can see from the video it is lagging so bad and has a big delay.
