Massive delay only in online matches – FC 26 PC

Hello, I am experiencing severe online delay and input lag in EA Sports FC 26 on PC. Offline modes run smoothly, but in every online match the gameplay feels very slow and unresponsive, making it almost unplayable. This issue started about two weeks ago. Before that, the game worked perfectly online on the same PC and the same internet connection. My setup is Windows 11 PC with an AMD GPU and a wired LAN connection. My internet connection is stable and fast. I tested many things. My ping to Google is around 14 ms with no packet loss. I ran a WinMTR test to the EA server nfs.gos.ea.com and the route is stable until the last hops where latency increases to around 115 to 120 ms. I changed DNS to Google and Cloudflare, disabled IPv6, restarted and power cycled the router, reinstalled the EA App and the game, reinstalled EA AntiCheat, deleted cache folders, reset AMD driver settings and also tested with an older AMD graphics driver, disabled hardware acceleration in Windows, tested FPS limits, VSync and windowed fullscreen mode, disabled Energy Efficient Ethernet and ran netsh and ipconfig reset commands. The result is that connection tests look clean with low ping and no packet loss, but the online gameplay delay is still present. Because of this, it seems more like a routing or server side issue than a problem with my local PC or network. Has anyone experienced the same issue recently or knows a possible fix or workaround?
