Matchmaking issues and possible account error (Platform: PC)
Hello,
I would like to report a problem I’ve been experiencing with the matchmaking system in EA FC 26 on PC. Until about 15 days ago, I was playing without any issues and progressing steadily. I had reached Division 3 and was close to moving up to Division 2.
However, from a specific day onward, the game started matching me exclusively with players who are clearly at a much higher skill level, making it almost impossible to continue progressing. What’s strange is that I tried playing on a friend’s account, with a weaker team than mine, and I was able to reach Division 1 without any problem.
Because of this, I suspect there might be an error or bug linked to my account, possibly related to the matchmaking system or the code that determines opponent difficulty.
I would appreciate it if you could review my account and check if there’s any issue affecting the matchmaking process. This situation has become quite frustrating and is negatively impacting my experience with the game.
