Missing EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition Season Premium Pass

Hello EA Support Team,

I pre-ordered EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition, which explicitly promised a Season Premium Pass as part of the package. Despite having purchased the Ultimate Edition, I never received the Season Premium Pass. As a result, I have missed all premium rewards, which is unacceptable.

I expect immediate resolution of this issue. Additionally, due to the fact that the season has already ended and I was unable to access any of the content I paid for, I request appropriate compensation for the loss of benefits that were promised at purchase.

I request a direct reply with confirmation of my missing pass and a clear timeline for both granting access (if possible) and issuing compensation for the rewards I missed.
