Missing fc26 preseason rewards

I did all the objectives in fc 25 to receive preseason rewards in fc 26. When the rewards was shared I saw the pop up on my companion app, I claimed it but the packs didn’t appear in my store. I automatically thought it’s because I didn’t have the game yet hoping when I buy the game I’ll claim it in game.

 I bought fc26 last week and no reward was in the game. I can’t find it anywhere. Please how can I be able to get my rewards. 
The rewards are listed below 

1. Level 40 in the current season pass.
   Reward: 84x5
2. Complete 100 Pre-Season crafting upgrade
   SBC's
   Reward: 82x5
3. Road to FC26 Evolution
   Reward: 81x7
4. The Club is Yours Ill Evolution
   Reward: 83x3 and a 5-game loan Icon Player
5. Pick.
6. The Club is Yours I Objective Group
   Reward: 80x10 and a 5-game loan Hero Player
   Pick
7. The Club is Yours Il Objective Group
   Reward: 80x10 and a Box-to-Box++ evolution for any max 83 rated CM. 

please how can I get my rewards I’m currently struggling to build a team. I was hoping this rewards would help me climb higher.
