Missing Pele

Greetings,

I have issue on EA FC 26 Ultimate Team. I am missing a new Pele item that we were supposed to get for free. On Friday evening I logged in, open the Pele pack, quickly logged off. Next day, Saturday, Pele was nowhere in my team. Tried logging out, back in. Closed the game. Tried Web App, Mobile App. Checked quick sell. Waited 24 hours, and now I am writing for help.
