Missing pre season rewards

Hello guys, can anyone help me ? I completed all the objectives for pre season in ea fc 25, and I'm yet to receive any rewards.

I tried live chat, sending an email. Without success for multiple tries.

Live chat confirms that i did the objectives, and that i didn't receive the rewards, tells me they're ready to collect in my shop, I go there, there's nothing, and they then tell me they will pass the information to the team and the chat ends or they tell me to wait.

Via email, i send an email. They don't answer, they send an days after asking if i still need help. I respond that yes i do. And they simply don't answer again.

Don't know what to do..
