MY 4M COINS DISAPPEARED FOR REAL.

My account had an original balance of about 4.75 million coins, but for some reason it keeps dropping back down to only 60,000. At first I thought it was just a display glitch, but it’s not letting me spend the coins either. Every time I try to buy players or make a purchase, the balance shows the 4.75 million for a moment and then reverts back down to 60k. I actually have video proof showing me trying to buy a player, where you can clearly see the coins are there before the game glitches and resets my balance. It’s really frustrating because I worked hard to build up that balance, and right now I can’t use my own coins. Has anyone else experienced this or know what can be done to fix it?
