Can you also check the Services List on your console to confirm the order status?
Go to: Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Services List > FC26 and see if it appears there. If it's showing "Remaining 1" under the services screen, then the points haven't been transferred and you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support for that.
