5 months agoYou have quite a bit of packet loss. It's possible that is the issue. But if you only have one account that is disconnecting, I recommend contacting an advisor so they can check the account for any issues. Cases can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.

So how do I contact a consultant to have them check my account for any issues? Because I tried, the "Contact Us" button didn't fix it.
