Hey kshaha. I understand you’d like to access the Mobile/Web App Transfer Market as soon as possible. The article linked below explains how access is granted and what you need to do to unlock it. If it’s still locked, the best thing you can do is keep playing and using Ultimate Team in-game, as access isn’t something we can unlock manually for individual accounts and depends on several factors. If you’ve only recently started playing on PC, just give it some time and continue playing as normal.
