Not given option to select level 40 premium pass reward

Been told by support to post this on the forum.

I have just completed the season pass and claimed my rewards. I had the option to select my free pass reward either the pack or Morgan Rogers. I selected the pack as I didn’t want Morgan Rogers. I was then expecting to have the choice for my premium pass between the tradeable pack or Tomori which did not follow. Instead, after selecting the pack over Morgan Rogers, I was sent to the Ultimate Team menus. I checked my club to see if the Tomori card had been credited to my club but it hadn’t so I went to the store and saw the pack(s) in my store. I have not opened these pack(s) as this is not what I wanted and would have picked Tomori over the pack. 

Is there any chance this could be reversed or the packs be taken from my account and the Tomori card be credited instead? I DO NOT want these packs and given the option, would take the Tomori card over any reward throughout the whole of the 40 levels.

Not really sure why I’ve been told to post this on the forum but thought I’d give it a go.
