PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

I'm playing on pc and I can only shoot and pass in online games. cant move cant switch players nothing. already wasted 600 fifa points on drafts I couldnt play

I’m having the same problem , my controller is well in offline mode but in online mode i cant move or make anything
