I have the same issue for 1 month and nobody helps,they even don't know what they are doing,I join to the customer support.They are like monkeys only transfering the case to another person.It's a big disgrace.I am not buying the game anymore it's over.Because they don't test their game before doing it.I hope 2K makes a good FIFA game and we start playing it.We should leave this garbage game to itself.They are planning to make an open world FC game but they can't even do a normal 11v11 Football game,such a shame
