[PC] Stuttering from the second half

this is **bleep** , second time this weekend league i load into a match and can control only one player while the rest of my team is locked like there are 11 users in my team  and can't switch or they can't move , after my opponent score i can't control any player anymore and what is left for me is to ff . this is not an old thing these cheaters are doing this for a couple of years and nothing happens . How is it fair to pay for a game to invest time playing to make good evo and have fun and then u play weekend league and lose 2-3 matches cause u literally can't control your players on the field . Then dang if u can play the match at least 1-2 matches you get an exploiter or what they are doing , that when they tie the score they pause the game and then magically i'm getting disconnected from ea servers , this doesn't happend when i'm losing , when i'm winning and a sore loser manages to go 2-2, 3-3 , pause and i get disconnected . while have 90+ connection score , my internet working fine ( and high speed) and no other problems in any game , let's no forget , this never happens when i'm losing xD . and after those 2 scenarios , you play somebody , the match is close , they take the lead and then somehow i pause to make subs and when i press team management it just returns me to pause menu and can't do subs :) . so all in all half of the weekend league i either can't play the match cause can't move my players can't switch on them , after that random loser that somehow makes me get dnf so it can reset his match and i lose , then another can't make subs either cause of the game or some exploit made by the opponent . What is this crap ? anybody experiencing those things ?:) again this happening only in weekend league not rivals or any friendly cup mode cause here the stakes are higher , and almost never i can play DRAFT cause is the same things happening there with those cheaters/hackers
