just for anyone like me who keeps checking into these threads this issue isnt a client side issue its on EAs side so its out of our hands... id suggest giving up and waiting for EA to get their butts in gear, at the end of the day its better than trying to do countless "fixes" and getting frustrated at them not working, i know its incredibly frustrating to wait and hope but at the end of the day its better than wasting your time... it might be worth requesting a refund and buying it through a different platform like steam instead of EA though i dont know if an issue like this is going to be recognised by refund policies.
