Playing XBox Vs PS Seasons - Opponent disconnecting and no win is awarded to me

This is happening too often with PlayStation opponents. Are they allowed to quit a game they losing with huge margins and we( Xbox players) don’t get awarded a victory. This is so annoying. What do they do to get this result. Should we stop playing cross play coz of this bug/cheat Code they have? Here is a game a guy clearly losing 7-2 and I don’t get the victory again. I recorded this time so I don’t think am crazy 😁
