Dear EA Sports Support Team,
I am writing to you regarding accessibility in Fc26. I recently purchased the game and was very excited to play. However, I was disappointed to find that while mouse controls are available in offline modes, they are not supported in online play.
As someone who lost the use of my left arm following an accident three years ago, the ability to use a mouse is essential for me to play. Without mouse support in online modes, I and others in similar circumstances are excluded from a large part of the experience.
I believe accessibility should be a priority in gaming, and this limitation feels unfairly restrictive for players with disabilities. Please could you let me know if there are any plans to enable mouse controls for online play, or if there are alternative solutions available that would allow players like myself to enjoy the full game experience?
