Please, I need help

My PlayStation completely crashes every time I play an ultimate team match, I can’t play squad battles, champs or rivals without the PlayStation completely breaking, to the point that I have to unplug and replug it, this has been happening for almost a year now on both eafc 25 and 26. I have been on the live chat many times and nothing has fixed this. All I can do is play rush now as the crashes happen pretty much every single game. I am able to play career mode fine and every other game on my console works fine aswell, is literally just 11 aside ultimate team matches

i posted a forum previously and got no replies, so any feedback would be nice.
