Possible Matchmaking Issue in Rivals

Hi EA Team,

I think there might be a problem with the matchmaking system on my account. I am currently in Division 8 or 9, but most of the time I get matched against players who seem to be from much higher divisions. The skill level, tactics, and team quality are far above what I should normally face.

Last year I could reach higher divisions easily, but this year it feels like I am stuck even though my gameplay has not changed much. That is why I suspect something might not be working correctly with my matchmaking or account placement.

Could you please check my account to see if there is any issue or mismatch in the matchmaking system? I just want to play fair matches against opponents closer to my current division level.
