Pro Club slow motion issue

When I enter a league match in Pro Clubs mode, I can't control my character, and the game slows down. It's like it's in slow motion. I've tried almost everything, but nothing seems to fix it. The technical team suggested a few solutions, but they didn't fix it, so they closed the thread and marked it as unsolvable. This problem has been going on for about 1 month.
