Pro clubs 20,000 free AXP April 6th

I logged in at 17:03PM April 6th and didn’t get my 20,000 axp like it said I would

    Hey folks,

    I had this double-checked and it was indeed the case that only those who had their communication preferences turned on in their EA account settings were eligible for this 20k AXP grant.

    Turning it on now after the fact will not grant you the AXP anymore, unfortunately.

    I totally understand that it's frustrating missing out and I made sure to pass that feedback along to the team.

    At least if you turn your communication preferences on now, you will be included for any future grants.

     how can i recive the reward ? is 2 pm on my country and i don t recive anything

    I think the EA servers update at 6 PM UK time. Maybe that’s when the rewards will be distributed.

    i’m in fc26 clubs and there has been a free reward: 2xp for like 30 games and i did not receive it but my friends did, and now all of my mates are saying there’s a notification on fifa saying we get a free 20,000 axp. I don’t have any message and im worried im not gonna get the reward like with the 30 day xp boost  

    please give me these rewards i feel left out
