Pro clubs 20,000 free AXP April 6th

Same issue all my friends got 20k XP

I still havent received the 20k axp after logging on in time and even talked to 2 agents and still they haven't fixed it. 

I asked chatgpt and he told me that a lot of people have the same problem so if you could patch that I and probably a lot more people would be really thankful.

I’m having trouble redeeming the 20,000 Instant AXP reward from the Clubs promotion. I logged in as instructed, but the reward isn’t showing up or being applied to my account.

I have already tried restarting the game and logging in again, but no luck so far. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or does anyone know a fix?

When in the history has this company been known for actually caring about their players? 

We are most likely not going to get compensated and they will probably stop adressing this and just act like they have fixed it already with their "solutions"...

Over 2 days and still no fixes, are we gonna get a progress update or is the dev team just going to pretend this issue doesnt exist?

this post on x/twitter said that after april 6 ( 2 days ago ) that you would be able to get XP in clubs for your archetype but i never received this consumable. would like to know why i didn’t and some of my mates did?

I have not received the 35 match double AXP and 20,000 XP (AXP) card reward in EAFC 26 Clubs mode. I have checked my objectives and restarted the game multiple times, but the reward is still missing.

ea help assistant suggest me to post the content in the fourms. How to fix and collect the free reward?
